Upload a CSV export from Track Your Hours, SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, TheraNest, My Best Practice, or a Tevera PDF summary.

HIPAA Protected. Your CSV is processed in memory and never stored on disk. Client names are automatically converted to initials before saving. Staged rows are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and expire in 15 minutes.

Sync from an open EHR tab

Use the Therapist OS extension to detect completed sessions from SimplePractice or TherapyNotes, then import them directly.
